The TSA: Keeping You Safe from Teenagers’ Purses and Little Old Ladies
Why do we allow the TSA to continue to exist? This is a serious question, folks. There isn’t a person alive who can name one terrorist the TSA has caught, not one plot the agency’s automatons have thwarted with their rigid adherence to rules built by brainless bureaucrats. On the other hand, your next airplane trip will be completely free of young, pregnant women with plastic ornamental guns on their purses.
Vanessa Gibbs, 17, claims the Transportation Security Administration stopped her at the security gate because of the design of a gun on her handbag.
Gibbs said she had no problem going through security at Jacksonville International Airport, but rather, when she headed home from Virginia.
“It’s my style, it’s camouflage, it has an old western gun on it,” Gibbs said.
But her preference for the pistol style didn’t sit well with TSA agents at the Norfolk airport.
Gibbs said she was headed back home to Jacksonville from a holiday trip when an agent flagged her purse as a security risk.
“She was like, ‘This is a federal offense because it’s in the shape of a gun,’” Gibbs said. “I’m like, ‘But it’s a design on a purse. How is it a federal offense?’”
After agents figured out the gun was a fake, Gibbs said, TSA told her to check the bag or turn it over.
By the time security wrapped up the inspection, the pregnant teen missed her flight, and Southwest Airlines sent her to Orlando instead, worrying her mother, who was already waiting for her to arrive at JIA.
Did you catch that little “After agents figured out the gun was a fake…” bit? Here’s a picture of the purse, with the hard-to-tell-if-it’s-fake gun firmly affixed to it along with the dastardly would-be terrorist teenager who carried it.
Instapundit called the TSA’s actions “pathetic”. He’s pulling his punches. This is an agency that routinely humiliates us for no better reason than it can, whose agents are locked into “proper procedures” that allow them a tyrannical level of control over anyone who wishes to fly on an airplane. And believe me, if you don’t think those agents who use that power to the hilt aren’t enjoying themselves, then you know nothing at all about human nature. It’s not enough to have power; you have to use it.
You know, like they used it on this frail 85-year old woman when they pulled her aside and strip-searched her without even a shred of evidence that she was dangerous to anything but a bowl of tapioca pudding.
When Zimmerman reached a security checkpoint, she asked if she could forgo the advanced image technology screening equipment, fearing it might interfere with her defibrillator.
She said she normally gets patted down. But this time, she says that two female agents escorted her to a private room and began to remove her clothes.
“I was outraged,” said Zimmerman, a retired receptionist.
As she tried to lift a lightweight walker off her lap, she says, the metal bars banged against her leg and blood trickled from a gash.
“My sock was soaked with blood,” she said. “I was bleeding like a pig.”
She says the TSA agents showed no sympathy, instead pulling down her pants and asking her to raise her arms.
“Why are you doing this?” she said she asked the agents, who did not respond.
The TSA says “proper procedures were followed”. Of course they were — that’s the problem. The United States of America should never have a government agency with a policy that allows its agents to strip-search an innocent grandmother. Yet we do.
So what are we going to do about it?

Report: Sarkozy calls Netanyahu 'liar' YNET news (hat tip Katherine)
Microphones accidently left on after G20 meeting pick up private conversation between US, French presidents. Sarkozy admits he 'can't stand' Israeli premier. Obama: You're fed up with him? I have to deal with him every day!
French President Nicolas Sarkozy reportedly told US President Barack Obama that he could not "stand" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and that he thinks the Israeli premier "is a liar." According to a Monday report in the French website "Arret sur Images," after facing reporters for a G20 press conference on Thursday, the two presidents retired to a private room, to further discuss the matters of the day.
The conversation apparently began with President Obama criticizing Sarkozy for not having warned him that France would be voting in favor of the Palestinian membership bid in UNESCO despite Washington's strong objection to the move.

The conversation then drifted to Netanyahu, at which time Sarkozy declared: "I cannot stand him. He is a liar." According to the report, Obama replied: "You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!"
The remark was naturally meant to be said in confidence, but the two leaders' microphones were accidently left on, making the would-be private comment embarrassingly public.

Media Assassins
Needless to say, I have been fielding calls from an agenda-driven media hellbent on destroying the freedom-loving voices on the right with the acts of a lone psychopath. NBC Nightly News is calling (that's a first). And Robert Spencer is besieged with media requests. NY Times, "Killings in Norway Spotlight Anti-Muslim Thought in U.S."
Instead of mourning the 91 victims of this horrible tragedy, the media is wielding it like a club to bludgeon the voices of freedom.
Are celebrities responsible for their stalkers? Were the Beatles responsible for Charles Manson? Or Jodie Foster responsible for the shooting of Ronald Reagan? Of course not.
But the sharia-compliant media is naked in their blood libel to tie this murderer to everyone of us who fight for human rights, the rule of law, the dignity of the human person, free speech, the free conscience, and equality of rights for all. Why doesn't the media ever call out Islamic imams who really do incite to violence for their real calls to kill? (Qaradawi, who called for all Jews to be killed, Nasrallah of Hizballah, who said that it was good that the Jews were in Israel so they would be spared the trouble of hunting them down elsewhere, etc.).
This is a full frontal assault against us in the war of ideas, the information battle-space. Work your networks, email lists, blogs, FB and twitter pages. Call out this naked aggression on the forces of good. Push back against this libelous deception.

The New York Times today has a wretched editorial masquerading as a news story on Robert Spencer and his alleged complicity in the Oslo massacres because his ideas are cited by the lunatic responsible. Joseph McCarthy could not have done it better. The Times next will blame Noam Chomsky for the crimes of Osama bin Laden and Al Gore for the crimes of the Unabomber since the ideas of both were cited by the lunatics. Chomsky is not only cited by the Islamic terrorists, he openly supports them — yet the Times would be the first to express shock and outrage at mere suggestion of Chomsky’s complicity in the crimes of al-Qaeda, Hizbollah and Hamas.
Robert Spencer has never supported a terrorist act. His crime in the eyes of the left is to have told the truth about Islamic fanatics beginning with the Islamic prophet who called for the extermination of the Jews and said in his farewell speech that he was called to fight until all men say that there is no God but allah. (see Bruce Thornton’s article today’s Frontpage).
The attack on Robert Spencer a man of great courage and decency is just one phase in the war against all those who speak out against Islamic terror and Islamic imperialism. The Times attack is but the latest and most repulsive salvo in this war.

In CJ's world, this makes him culpable, does it not? Over ninety people are dead in this horror and many wounded, and this psychopath is using this to incite hatred against me and those of us who are fighting for freedom and Western values. The mass murderer who mowed down teenagers at the Utoya youth camp in one of multiple attacks in Norway today was seen in Oslo prior to his attack at the youth camp. After the Oslo blast he went to Utoya, dressed as a policeman, and in order to gain entry to the the youth camp, said he was on security detail in light of the Oslo bombings. Got that? He got through security and opened fire on the children.
It takes an evil of unimaginable depravity and barbarity to conceive and execute such carnage.
Witnesses on the island told Norwegian television that the man identified himself as a police officer when he entered the camp. “He said it was a routine check in connection with the terror attack in Oslo,” one witness told VG Nett, the Web site of a national newspaper.
Bjorn Jarle Roberg-Larsen, a Labour Party member who had telephone contact with teenagers on the island, said: “Kids have started to swim in a panic, and Utoya is far from the mainland. Others are hiding. Those I spoke with don’t want to talk more. They’re scared to death.” NY Times

Mr. Youcef Nadarkhani, son of Byrom, 32 years old, married, born in Rasht in the state of Gilan is convicted of turning his back on Islam, the greatest religion the prophesy of Mohammad, at the age of 19.
He has often participated in Christian worship and organized home church services, evangelizing and has been baptized and baptized others, converting Muslims to Christianity. He has been accused of breaking Islamic Law that from puberty (15 years according to Islamic law) until the age of 19 the year 1996, he was raised a Muslim in a Muslim home. During court trials, he denied the prophecy of Mohammad and the authority of Islam. He has stated that he is a Christian and no longer Muslim.
During many sessions in court with the presence of his attorney and a judge, he has been sentenced to execution by hanging according to article 8 of Tahrir -olvasileh (one of Khomeni’s books about Sharia Law and Khamenie’s and Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi’s fatwa) His sentence was appealed by his attorney and sent to the supreme court.

We know that Mr. Nadarkhani has confessed that in his heart and in his actions he has denied being Muslim and converted to Christianity and has advertised and encouraged other Muslims to convert to Christianity. And because of advertising and pastoring a church repeatedly professed his Christian faith and denied the prophet Mohammad and the 12th Imam and denied the entire Koran and truth of the Koran.
His case was forwarded to the supreme court (Judge Fazel) and according to Part 2 of article 265 of the Islamic Republic Criminal Law, this case received by and must be returned the state court of Gilan Section 11, and further investigated to prove that from puberty (15 years) to 19 he was not Muslim by his acquaintances, relatives, local elders, and Muslims he frequented. He must repent his Christian faith if this is the case. No research has been done to prove this, if it can be proved that he was a practicing Muslim as an adult and has not repented, the execution will be carried out.
