<p>Cinco de Mayo Diablo</p>
<p>4 dice-sized chunks of fresh ginger<br />
2 slices of tangerine (peeled)<br />
1oz Simple syrup (equal parts boiling water and sugar. Chilled)<br />
1oz Lime juice<br />
2oz tequila<br />
2oz Pomegranate juice</p>
<p>In a shaker (or pint glass) muddle the ginger and tangerine slices.  Muddle it good and muddled.<br />
Fill the vessel with ice on top of your muddled ingredients.<br />
Add simple syrup, lime juice, tequila, and Pom juice.</p>
<p>Close shaker/cover your pint glass and shake it.  Shake it until your ice starts breaking up.</p>
<p>Strain the drink into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of tangerine.</p>
